BEGINNERS MODULE ONLINE
This first module is aimed at the beginner student, so that they feel comfortable during the fundamental learning phase of Jiu Jitsu.

INTERMEDIATE MODULE ONLINE
Designed to help deepen technical knowledge, with partial and full sparring. In this phase, the student begins to live the Jiu Jitsu lifestyle, to understand the importance of food and taking care of their health.

KIDS MODULE ONLINE
The idea is to teach children in a playful and fun way, passing on notions of discipline and coordination. In this course, kids begin to understand the meaning of the dispute, of losing and winning. There is a strong emphasis on encouragement, helping children to build self-esteem and self-confidence along the way.

NO GI MODULE
Learn the most up-to-date techniques for advanced students. At this level the students are already more involved and have a sense of true family, creating an environment of friendship.
